I agree with ladygdva1. It's Hollywood, the capital of plastic surgery & makeup artists. So yeah, the majority of them are. The next time People comes out with their "most beautiful women in the world", it should be translate to "most talented plastic surgeon & special effect artist in the industry"... I prefer the natural looking celeb anyday...
