You might want to consult your doctor.

I don't want you to freak...but it could have been spotting and there's always the possibility of pregnancy.

Please take care of yourself. :o)

it's totally normal- your body is going through some changes that's all. Try this- when you spot during periods make your self a cinammon tea- consists of boiling 2 -3 cinnamon sticks in a pot of water until the water turns brown. Let it cool down and drink it adding a bit of sugar. This will make your period come full blown. It happens that your period changes from month to month but it's also affected by how many days that month has and the food you eat including excersersise other than that you should be fine.

Good grief, I hope you and your b/f are using protection!

Having slightly irregular periods is not unusual when you become sexually active. (The activity stirs up your hormone systems.) If you have any doubt about your status, have your b/f get a pregnancy test kit at the drugstore (it's less embarrassing for guy to buy these things) and check yourself. Then _both_ of you should take precautions every time you make love.
