No, but you still need to be careful, so that you don't get any ejaculate on her vagina...that sounds so stupid, but I didn't know how else to say it...lol

not from the ACT of anal sex, but if some sperm was to leak out of the anus down to the vagin or if the penis touches the vagina after ejaculation, there is still some chance (slight but some)
