What time would you consider an above average time for a girl, 13-15 years old to run a 4k cross country race? ( 2.4 miles)

Very good high school girls can run a 5K in about 18 minutes, so I would say that being a little younger and having a little less to run, somewhere in the 16-17 minute range would definitely be well above average.

well for 2.4 miles a good girls time for your age group is 13:35 minutes and seconds a above average is probably 15:00 minutes and average is 16:45 minutes for your age group.
