When I pray,
I repent
I ask
I thank
I worship
everyday!
On asking, it is not necessarily only for myself or when I want something, sometimes I'd ask God to help someone else I happen to know were in need of something, or I ask Him to lead and protect me and my friends and family. Or I ask Him to show me the way and His will. Those are very important things to ask for.

We pray as a family at every meal we eat together, I pray at night, and I pray when something important needs praying for. I thank him more than I ask of him though.

I pray every night before bed, even when I don't feel like it! I pray for all my loved ones, and pray for those I care about who are sick, or just need a little prayer said.
