when i click on internet explorer, when it opens a page why does it only half fill my screen??

Look at the top right side of the window. See three square buttons. Click on the middle one. This maximises the window (The other 2 are -
Left one "minimise" the right one "Close")

ınternet Explorer is set up to remember the page size you decided in the last time you used it. so if you made it half window and closed it, it is normal that it opens to be half. now what you should do it, use your mouse to resize the window as you want. next time it will open as you decided

maximize it then close it again.
the next time you open in, it should be full screen Ü
