My husband is half black and half white. he has a very mild skin tone with curly hair. I am a very pale Irish-Italian descent with stick straight hair. Does anyone know the possibility of my baby's skin color and hair texture. I know it will be beautiful no matter what, but I am very curious to see your outputs.

Well I imagine the child would be rather fair in complexion, since you say you both are. And I think the child would most likely have a mix of your hair textures...a bit curly but still manageable.

I am a white female, my son's father is black. Our son has my hair, but natural curly/wavey (not kinky black hair) although he was born with thin, soft straight black hair (now light brown) & he has an olive, more white skin tone. The only thing that resembles his father is his high forehead. No one knows for sure. Even a black couple could have a very light skinned baby-proved on Talk Show (forgot which one). But, a 3D ultrasound might give you a facial profile view of your baby. I knew how he'd look from my pic's, just not the other features. Who knows, your baby may look like your great-great-grandmother.

i don't have adventure with toddler Bjorn yet i will inform you about the wrap and sling I do have. I actually have a Sleepy Wrap that my son quite somewhat lived contained in the first few months. It became perfect. comfortable, take care of, tender and once you placed it on some circumstances that's really basic. even as he were given older and had to do extra up and down truly of purely being carried I were given an over the shoulder toddler holder. that's only a worry-free ring sling. that's impressive because it really is really basic to easily slip him out and in of and that's adjustable so he will be on my hip or chest to chest and that i will nurse in it. both or both are large.

It's so hard to tell- I have olive skin, green eyes and dark hair, my husband is Irish- blonde and pale with blue eyes. Our son has blue eyes, pale skin, and brownish-reddish-blondish hair. Sp he got my husband's skin and eyes, and no idea where his hair color came from! :) Good luck! No matter what your baby looks like, all babies are beautiful.

wouldn't you rather be suprised that is part of the joy of pregnancy. like u said ur baby will b beautiful no matter what so don't worry. but my guess is fair skin w/ brown hair and either curly or wavy hair

I know your baby will be very beautiful but if you want your baby's skin will be lighter and smoother i advise you to drink soya milk two times daily and you'll see the result.

keep in mind that the mothers side is the most prominent, so if you are lighter toned on skin and hair, they baby will be blessed with your similarities..

towards the end of your pregnancy you will recieve a nother sonogram.. ask them if you could have the 3-d effect added to it.. you get to see SKIN... EYES.... NOSE.... just about everything.. just not all the color... SORRY...
most of the pregnancy thing is a guessing game anyways : )

as for the color i dont know, but you can go and have an ultra sound done in 3d or 4d in about your 7-9 month and it is like seeing it in real life but it is not in color.. mine cost like $275.. and it is well worth it..
