Elizabeth "Lizzie" Bolden (born August 15, 1890 in Somerville, Tennessee) is recognized by Guinness World Records as the world's oldest living person, as of November 18, 2006. She previously held the title from August 30 to December 9, 2005 until MarÃa Esther Capovilla was announced as authenticated. She has become only the second person to hold the title for two terms, the first being Jeanne Calment. She is currently the 8th oldest person ever; if she lives past February 3, 2007, she will surpass Tane Ikai and become the 7th. (quote wikipedia)
