I'm the last person with the list and here's what's on it already:

Cajun fried turkey
soft-drinks
cake (maybe a pie)
sesame chicken + rice salad
spanakopita & stuffing
home-made bread
7 layer dip OR a salad/vegetables/something green

You could do a rice dressing/dirty rice or maybe a jambalya. That would go well w/ the turkey.

Although with the sesame chicken and rice salad you might have too much rice. That isn't an issue at my office as we had about 6 rice based side dishes but for some it might be too much.

A raw vegetable tray and dip or a fruit tray and dip could be a good choice too.

Well, the traditional Thanksgiving dinner would have the following that aren't on your list:
Potatoes
Sweet Potatoes
Gravy
Cranberry sauce
Corn
Pumpkin pie (or because this obviously has a Southern spin on it -- a Pecan pie)
Green bean casserole is also easy to make and something everyone likes.

You're making me hungry!!! :-)

Any kind of casserole is good. Greenbean, corn, sweetpotato. We just had a potluck at work today, and someone brought tamales. That was good for a change.

salsa with chips, chocolate boxes ( assuming u can't cook). If u can cook, take a soup - I can see there's none in the list above. In this weather, people should like that.
