well um SINCE MY NAME IS JOHN I GUESS THEY ARE TALKING TO ME....most peopld you use boy after are joking and are referring to a television show back in the late 60's early 70's called "THE WALTONS" which is actually ironic cause my mothers maiden name is walton. Otherwise no big bad meanings of JOHN BOY....
