Sometimes you just have to suck it up and stick with it. In the meantime, you could try to determine where you want to go next, and work towards that. Don't let your current boss know that you might be looking for another job, though.

All of us have had a job that sucked at one time or another. The problem is your expenses go right on whether you work or not, so just to quit something you don't like isn't a very good option.

Aggressively look for alternate employment and talk to your friends and relatives. You have to make it known to people you are looking for a job and sometimes you get lucky, but most of the time it just takes shaking the bushes and a lot of perserverance to find another job.

My suggestion is to stay with this suck job for now and keep your bills caught up. After all, if you don't have a place to live, that sucks, too. You don't need that kind of drama on top of no job, too.

Think my friend. You shouldn't be in a job that you don't like. but if you have to be there then be there. But you have to consider things carefully before you do any drastic action. You have to have a plan. First, would be to find a replacement job before you quit. And better make it quick. Second, be considerate to your employer as well. Give them ample time to find your replacement. That way, you will not be in a bad light with your employer and will surely get good references. Third, find a job that you sure you will like so you won't have to worry about having a job you hate.

Don't quit! Keep your eyes open for a new job all the time. Apply for other jobs every chance you get! Just think of the satisfaction you will receive when you can give a two week notice that you found something else! Good luck!

Go look for another job, but you have to continue working before you find another job. You just can't quit due to stressful terms or else the unemployment office won't pay if you quit your job.
