Generally men usually have to make the first move so it's nice when a women takes initiative. Think two steps forward one step back, make it fun and interesting. And let him chase you from time to time.

A mix of both... But then, it all depends on the the particular person. I used to think I liked men who were more aggressive, then I ended up falling in love and marrying a guy who is "nice". After I have known him for a while, I saw the inner strength in him that is so much more than the superficial "aggressiveness" that used to seem attractive.

A recent study by some students learning human behavior did a research related to this. Some women were subjected to the influence of pheromones and were asked to chose from many photos of young men whom they found attractive.
The really interesting outcome of the experiment was that the women who were close to their ovulation periods picked more masculine figures where the ones at the other conditions went for normal and cute looking guys.
The reason was because when they were nearing their ovulation period, they were more addicted to their primal instincts and went for a more aggressive male where as others went for their logical reasoning.
So its back to the old saying...shes as mysterious as the deep blues...lol
Here's another interesting thing...a man's testosterone level lowers when he is with a woman, making him mild snd soft. Whereas its the other way round for female, making her active during romantic moments. But mans testosterone level rises during sex, making him more aggrassive. I also remember a qn being thrown by a lady asking if women like being 'manhandled' by their men in bed. More than 85% answered affirmative. So i guess that says it. Women love gentleman in the open and a stallion in bed. Problem solved.

I like a strong aggressive man not a bully or a pig but I like a man who can take charge when needed. But a nice man....

Both...without doubt..."Tendress avec violance"... tenderness with violence... I have experienced the joy of indulging for over 30 minutes in just a tight and violent embrace with my lady friend without ever involving the act... well, you know what I mean!

Different women prefer different characteristics in guys. Most women in my opinion prefer nice guys though.

aggressive when it comes to certain things (hint hint), & nice all the other time but not TOO nice...don't be so sweet that you'll give me a toothache
