Capricorn here! I believe they can be of use when you don't have your mind made up. If your mind is set then don't bother with it. I use it as almost a coin toss. When your undecided, but then again most of the time they are so flexible. Plus, they are a good pick me up. I never look at it anymore. Here is mine for today...

No, I don't believe in horoscopes. But I have to say of all the horoscopes I've seen (admittedly not many), the Chinese sign under which I was born does fit my personality rather well.
Not well enough for me to start believing in it however.

Some horoscopes do relate to certain people, some dont, but astrologically there might be some truth in dates & times, of when people were born.

i dont believe the predictions you read in the paper etc.. they are so general that anyone could make that stuff up. i did once find this website that did free birthcharts (ie. exact time and place of birth etc) and some of the information it came up with for the people i put in was scarily accurate. although im probably just reading too much into it.

Yes I believe in them, if they are based off of your birth chart. That is time, place, and date you were born. For instance: I get them done professionally from Llewellyn. My birth chart is Sun: Gemini, Moon: Pisces, Ascendant: Sagittarius, Mercury: Cancer, Mars: Virgo, Venus: Gemini, Jupiter: Virgo, Saturn: Virgo, and so on.
