Here is something for Truth Seeker to think about. Read these Documents before you talk about them...do not believe what the Media has to say...here is my answer:
1. Who cares about the U.N? it is a useless organization that could not get rid of a cold. It has no place in the world.
2. There are only a few countires that follow the Laws of War. Many in your great U.N do not...i.e. Russia...what do you consider tourtue? Pouring water down someone's nose, maybe keeping them awake for a few days, stripping them naked or beheading them and putting it on the internet...get a grip, if they want to strip someone naked and pour water down their nose to keep 9/11 from happening again...I have a bucket they can use.
3. How many American Citizens are kept at GITMO or in jails that were not caught in the war zone or had been told on for having something to do with terrorism? All the prisoners at GITMO are not covered under the Geneva Convention...they are illegal combatants...you have to be a uniformed soldier to have rights under the Convention and us and a few of our allies are the only one who follow it anyway.
4. If fighters hide behind civilians and journalist they might be killed...so it is the terrorist's fault for getting them killed. According to the Geneva Convention you quote so much...if a hospital, ambulance, church or any other civilian building is used as a place to fight from or to hold or transport fighters, it is no longer covered... None of the weapons you mention are really out lawed...I am not sure about the white phosphorus, but the others are not...so they are not illegal...
5. If a person is doing nothing wrong, then you do not have to worry about the wire tapping....but if one is calling a cell phone in Iraq then you do...we should listen in on those calls...that is where we get our intel on the terrorists.
6. Please provide examples...
7. Just because some people do not know how to read a ballot, and they throw out their vote...how is it anyones fault but their own? In all elections before 00 and to now have had over and under votes...sore loser Gore just brought it public...oh yea why is no one talking about Gore trying every possiable way to disqualify Absent T military voters?
8. Misinformation is apart of fighting a war...always has been...do research...the chick you are talking about was a "Desk Jockey" at the time and had nothing to do with anything...just more proproganda from the Liberal Left....
9. Give examples...if you are talking about the folks at GITMO, our Constitution only applies to U.S. Citizens...that is why they are in Cuba,so they can not claim the use of our Constitution...they hate Americans, but love to try to use our laws against us...
10.New Orlean's mayor is just as much to blame as the Federal Government. He could have evacuated his city, he had the buses, but he chose to help the tourists first. Why is every Liberal blaming Bush for 9/11? He was only President for 8 months when it happened. Clinton was President for 8 years. He is to blame...he down sized our military and cut our budget...that is why we went to war with out the proper equipment....oh yea he is a Liberal...

George W. Bush, Dick Cheney, and Donald Rumsfeld have not broken any laws. They are leaders who follow and uphold the law and Speak The Truth.

I think Truth Seeker is on the right track. Look for hearings in the New Year to confirm the allegations. If not, look for specific compromises on legislation that seem out of the ordinary with typical Bush Regime behavior. This administration has no idea what it's about to face regarding prosecution and watching this all unfold will be a privelege. Maybe after a few of these neo-con heroes are jailed their followers will wake up and smell the roses.

Generally speaking you can't try government oficials for their policies--if you could, it would be impossible to govern as you would always have to be thinking about being tried after you leave office. The only thing they could reasonably be tried for is treason, and that would be a pretty tough charge to make stick. While I believe what they did was terrible, unethical, and bad for the country, I also believe they did so because of their belief in what would make the U.S. a better place. It's possible to be misguided and wrong and still not be illegal.

None. This brainwashed idiot that calls himself "Truth Seeker" obviously has no interest whatsoever in the truth -- he just wants another forum to spew more Bush-bashing liberal propaganda. The U.N. charter was NOT violated, Congress voted to support the war (enough of this crap that this is Bush's "illegal war" already), the rules of the Geneva Convention have been adhered to, with the exception of those who were court-martialled and convicted as a result of the Abu Ghraib prisoner abuse scandal; and his assertion that it's Bush's fault that the Hurricane Katrina disaster contributed to global warming is downright asinine. The Bush Administration has gone to great lengths to ensure that every executive action they have taken complies with applicable International and domestic law.
P.S.: Also, enough with the crap about Congress being misled about the real reasons we went into Iraq -- believe the incredibly biased mainstream liberal media if you like, but I'll believe the words of my friends and colleagues who have actually BEEN to Iraq and have actually SEEN the weapons of mass destruction and the captured/killed al-Qaeda operatives with their own eyes.

In addition to the "top ten" listed by "truthseeker", George W. Bush also LIED to Congress (and the American people) about weapons of mass destruction being his reason for illegally and unconstitutionally invading another sovereign nation that in no way threatened, provoked, or attacked the U.S.A.
Because of his LIES, almost 700,000 Iraqis have died and more than 2,800 U.S. soldiers have died.
Bill Clinton LIED to Congress about an extra-marital indiscretion with another consenting adult, and the Republicans spent millions of taxpayers' dollars to impeach him. Clinton's actions caused no one's death; did not put American taxpayers trillions of dollars in debt; and did not tarnish the U.S.A.'s reputation as a world leader and global peacekeeper.
Yet, the Republicans have not seen fit to impeach Bush. -RKO-

Huh! I am so naive all this time I was under the impression that their job was to improve their ranch and petroleum business.
Now I am curious what law? what is really their jobs?
One thing for sure I know that is happening now. People outside are not so happy of seeing so many innocent people death in the name of money and power. that is sick.

Absolutely none. That is the beauty of the whole scheme. You can commit genocide in Iraq, where you had no business to be. You could also sacrifice thousands of your troops. But the whole thing is perfectly legal in US.

That's the debate - none. They have legal counsel on all their so called illegal actions that tells them they are within the laws of the land. Just because someone doesn't like doesn't make it illegal.
