It's an awesome name for a pet, character, or online ID, but a TERRIBLE name for a real human being.
I'd also like to mention that "Electra" is the name of a character from a Greek play who is said to be the female version of Oedepus- she killed her mother and got with her father. How the hell they got "electricity" from "Electra" is beyond me.
