lol, yes, they have to disclose their holdings. But, unfortunately Politicians can still do about anything!

yes. They certainly can. They should once they are elected to office place their holdings into a blind trust. Which is sort of a joke because they know what their holdings are, unless of course they are senile, which of course many are.
