In her syndicated column, Ann Coulter claimed that the Democratic Party made "pathetic gains" in the November 7 midterm elections. In fact, the Democrats' gains in the House are just slightly under the average for the party out of power in the White House in the sixth-year midterm elections over the past century, and the Democrats' Senate gains are above the average. Moreover, the 2006 elections were the first sixth-year midterms since 1918 in which control of both houses of Congress switched parties. So why does Coulter see that as pathetic?

Ann Coulter is the most hateful person on this planet. Ironically enough, she calls herself a Christian. So, she is hateful and a hypocrite. Nice combination.
It is embarrassing to see the Republicans still allowing her to speak out on behalf of their party.

Probably because she is a Wicked Witch, spreading false information, along with intimidation tactics, statements to aggravate people, to promote Terror and Fear, ALL Scripted by Her Employers who are of a secret society. Her job is to Feed the Fire, to increase the widening gap between Americans to split the Country and cause turmoil.. Well Michele, you should know that 30-40 'Democratic' congressmen, who were elected 11-07-2006, are really moderates, much closer aligned with the Republican Party. The traditional 'party-line vote' will be non-existent in coming issues. Now Coulter is clearly also disparaging the 'victory' , because she doesn't like Democrats. That's why. I hope this helps. Ann Coulter is garbage. Who cares what toxic poison she spews forward? If you stopped listening to her, she'd go away.
