Can't help but to feel that you're not pulling your weight in this World? Would you like relief?

Simply stop watching the evening news, or all news channel, and within a few short weeks, you'll see improvement. News programs generally focus on the negativity in the World, always trying to sensationalize everything that's so called "news worthy".

By focusing on things that you can directly affect, and not worrying about items that are outside your area of concern, you can reduce your tension and feel better about your life.

I agree with you. Especially, for the people who don't realize, "All the news that we receive is tainted by others personal opinions", or Headlines & stories written to grab and hold our attention. Do you think there are that many naive' people out there? You are probably right, there are.

I take all news media with a grain of salt. Different size communities will vary the level of importance of some stories, but competition & sensationalism go together. Its a fact that negative news gets viewers, listeners, readers = Higher ratings

I just recently started watching a.m. news again. "The Daily Buzz", its not local, it has the big stories, the people are relaxed and you KNOW when they are adding their own opinion. Negative attracts negative. Positive actions & thoughts attracts Positive actions and thoughts. Reporters are a different breed.

A man of conviction won't accept his ignorance, and if you are not a man of conviction then don't claim to be one. What, are you afraid of the pain? Are you a child who needs to be sheltered?
