No.
A tilted uterus, also called a tipped uterus, leans backward on the cervix. Normally, the uterus is tipped forward on the cervix. In most cases, a tilted uterus is a normal anatomical variation. It causes no signs or symptoms and needs no treatment.
In the past, it was thought that a tilted uterus may contribute to infertility. Rarely, a sharply tilted uterus may be due to disease such as endometriosis. In this case, endometriosis — not the position of the uterus — may cause infertility.

My mother had a tilted uterus and the doctor advised her to lay on her back with a pillow under her butt for 30 to 45 minutes after sex. Of course that was 20 years and two kids ago.

Having a tilted uterus gained't influence your probabilities of conceive. that's purely a version that many women have (like having brown eyes). You were in all probability born that way and there is no longer something to "fix" because there is no longer something incorrect (it gained't intervene with fertility). if you're truly annoying, you could continually plop some pillows lower than your butt for quarter-hour after having sex (many women do this besides). best of luck to you and various of toddler airborne dirt and dust!!!

It can affect it and make it more difficult to get pregnant, but I have one and two kids, so chances are good that you can conceive.
