Should I put baking soda in my brine shrimp tank???
The water amount is about 2 litters.
If so how much baking soda???

Well you can have the ph at about 8.2 for the brineshrimp what I would do first is test the ph of the water they are in, then you can mix some water in a seperate container with about a tablespoon of baking soda and see what the ph is. If its ok then add the water to the brine shrimp tank. Baking soda is used to raise the ph of water so add a lil of the water at a time.
