My older sister Hannah is 17 years old and I have nooo idea what to get her! She's into music, but only like unknown artists and she usually burns her own CD's... She's not much of a clothes and jewelry or makeup kind of girl... I have noo idea what to get her!! Keep in mind she doesn't really like to shop that much- so eliminate gift cards/certificates. Get her a gift certificate to a concert venue she visits a lot, blank cds, a gift card to a book store, and if none of those work, just ask her. Maybe she knows exactly she wants, and then you can eliminate the guesswork.

If she burns her own Cd's then get her blank Cd's. I know you said that she does not like to shop, but you could get her a gift card to her favorite restaurant or a coffee shop that she might go to. You could get her a gift set from Bath and Body Works.

One idea is an iTunes gift certificate. Then she can download random stuff for her mix CDs. I know she doesn't like to shop but that she can do at home.

I had this problem for a couple friends of mine, what I did was candy baskets. Pick her favorite kind of candy and put it in a big basket along with a few different varieties. Pick out some of that see-through plastic paper stuff to wrap it with, and wa-la! It looks good and tastes good too. Something she can enjoy for quite a while.

how about a mp3 player or tickets to see one of her unknown bands in concert. those are usually not very expensive

If she likes a sport, buy her something related to it. Or buy her a mp3 player.....Maybe a book or a computer game(if she likes to read or play computer games)

Get her a movie she wants and likes.. ask her or your parents or her friends what her favorite movie is... then you can buy her that movie!
