You will understand what I mean but other answerers will not.

Go to Fredrick Street and look for a place (or check the phone book) for a place called Tattoos 4 Life. The guy there (sorry I only know him as Trini ! ) is a cool guy, red with locks, but he would know where to get the stuff.

Go to one of the local Puja Shops (place that sells indian clothes, jewellery etc.)
