No way it could taste like seal. Hamster is too small to make a good meal out of. Seal on the other hand is filling and enough to feed a family where as you would need more hamsters. Seal is also a rich meat that can be prepared many ways. The taste is unique and there is no way the rich oily slighly fish like taste and texture is the same as a hamster.
