it depends on what kind of learner you are as to what method of revision will be helpful - do you learn by doing things, hearing things, seeing things etc. ?
you need to find out, and then for example if you learn via hearing, record some tapes of you saying facts and listen to them again and again...
i find it helpful to write down key points on cue cards
the mental process involved in finding the key points from a textbook etc and writing them down will help you to know them,
then you can re-read these cards over and over.
But ther are lots of tests on google to find out what kind of learner you are...good luck!

flashcards make a ton.. you have to read what you are writing, then write it, so its been input into your brain twice already, the quiz yourself every spare chance you get on your note cards. if you aren't sure how to do note cards... for me put the word or term on one side and the definition or description on the other side ask friends or family to help quiz you off of them. sometimes giving you the word other times the definition. Have them stop you as soon as you say something wrong and have them give you the correct answer so you aren't remembering the wrong answer but the correct one GOOD LUCK!

If you study with someone who knows even less then you it will help becasue it is almost like you are the teacher. But also, you are with a study partner..works either way. Also with chemistry, hands on studying helps alot. So if there is a way of doing projects or experiments..this also helps.

Just remember, you are going into the test with a full cheat sheet- your body! You have every part you need to know on you. Try writing on different parts of your body- arm, leg, vagina. As far as chemistry goes, see if you have chemistry with the student next to you, and you can go out for a malted after the test.

read the book. it's the best way. read it over and over again and talk about it, tell your friend about it. it's sound boring but in order for u to tell someone about some thing u have to think and momerize it first.
