How do i learn to fix guitars?

I want to get into fixing, and repairing guitars, i have limited experience in the field, and would like to learn more, my goal would be to become a full blown luthier, and have my own guitar shop some day. but how do i go about learning? is there an aprenticehip? college courses? any suggestions would be appreciated

E-mail every guitar company possible and see if they have a school or training that you can take to learn the trade.
