I have traits from both Aries and Pisces while my husband is Cancer. We've known each other just over 30 years (wow!) and have been married 30 years this year.
We've literally had ONE argument and that was during the designing of the home we built. We added 5 kids to the mix of which none share either of our signs yet again, all of us get along incredibly well.
I don't think it's so much the sign you are as the personality you have and how you work at getting along and making things work well.
