Does hair length tell you if someone is gay or straight?

Question

Do most people determine the sex preference by hair length?
Like Boys who have long hair are twinks.
Or girls with short hair are lesbo.

I personally don't think so, I know lots of men with long hair who are straight. and eventhough I am lesbian and I have long hair, I think men with long hair are more attractive.

I am just asking to get opinions.
One kid in high school was stereotyped as gay cuz he didn't cut his hair.

I don't think so. My best friend is a lesbian,and she has long hair. But,her girlfriend has short hair. My cuz is also a lez, she has short hair also. Hair length tells nothing about a person.

Of course people judge others by how they look. Hair length is one. It doesn't matter how long or short their hair is. They could be gay and have shirt hair. or be straight with long hair. The common thing now is that people think that girls are gay have extremely short hair. But that's just not true.

In high school, almost every male friend of mine had long hair, and most of them turned out to be straight or are still unknown. I have met a couple women with short hair that are straight, including my stepmom. I don't stereotype people at all, especially because of their hair length.

Definitely not. I know a lot of straight guys who have long or longish hair, and I think it looks more attractive. A lot of, say, rock music fans and band members have long hair. The gay guys I can think of have short hair. I know lesbians with both short and long but I know more with short. So you can't really generalize.

Not at all. Most "twinks" have really short hair, so that blows that analogy. My Mom has short hair, she's definitely straight. She keeps it short because long hair takes too much time to fix in her busy schedule. Plus long hair on any woman over 60 just looks rediculous.
My son sometimes has long hair, he's VERY straight, but plays in a rock band, so he sometimes lets his hair grow.
Many other straight men that I know have long hair as well. They're all Elizabethan reenactors so their hair is long because that was the style.

I know several other straight women who have short hair, again, it's a personal preferance due to their jobs or social life being very busy and plays no role in their sexual orientation.
On the flipside, my partner who is most definitely a lesbian...and myself as well...we both have long hair. Her's long and straight, mine long and curly. She would simply look rediculous with short hair and I have recently grown my hair long after having kept it short for many years. Curly hair is hard to care for when long and I simply didn't have the time in my daily schedule to deal with it. Now that I work from home, I have more time to allow it to grow.

Uh. No. There is no physical characteristic that people use to determine their sexual orientation.

Most of the gay man I encounter have short hair, which is good in my opinion because I don't really like long hair on a guy. (Makes 'em look girlish, and a little sloppy.)

Option one girl with short hair kissing another girl

Option two a guy with long hair kissing another guy

Hair length means nothing but what they prefer to do with thier hair.

I prefer hair that is shoulder length or longer, As well as since that men who like women are more often then not directly, they like long hair because that looks more feminine, as most males have short hair.

most gay men have extremely short hair, the longer my hair gets the less i get asked out. most long haired guys are straight.

No, it only tells you whether a person has long or short hair...I know men who deliberately grow their hair long --so that they can have it cut and donate it to children undergoing chemo and stuff..they're straight.
