Bit of a weird one, but does anyone know if sheep and goats can cross breed?? If they can what would the outcome be called??
Cheers

Sheep and goats will attempt to mate with each other but this mating usually does not result in offspring. The outcome, when it does occur, is known as a sheep-goat hybrid. One example is the so-called "Toast of Botswana"
There is also an animal known as a geep. It is part goat and part sheep but it is produced by artificially combining the embryos of the two animals. It is not produced naturally.
