I don't think they've made it yet, but I've had no trouble with my Dell in a year. Also, I think Gateway is rated pretty high.

A custom build. Why do I say that? You become your own support team. If you make your own PC don't forget to register your parts with the company so that the warentee they provide is valid. Keep your reciepts and only makeyour own if your comfortable working on PCs. Customs are NOT good for first time PC Users.

That is like asking "What car can I buy that will never need an oil change or mechanic." It is impossible to purchase anything that you can guarantee you will never need customer support. For a list of notebook pcs that have the least issues visit consumerreports.com or buy a consumer reports guide for notebooks.

Other than an older Compaq, I've not needed phone support for any of my computers in the last 10 years.

For most people- this is a combination of luck (getting a decent unit and loading good software in it) and skill.

well i would have to say a dell i had my dell computer for 10or so years and well it just bit the dust i believe stongly in dells and when i buy another computer for my house it def will be a dell
