Vaseline is good & cheap. I prefer the little tube dispenser - it's easier to carry & makes application more hygienic.

Kiehl's Lip Balm #1 is also good - a small tube costs about $5 & is sold at Kiehl's boutiques, Nordstrom, and online.

Neosporin's Lip Treatment is comparable & available @ most drugstores.

Avoid lip products containing mint, menthol or salicylic acid as these ingredients can be irritating.

i have chapped lips alot in the winter, and i find that using garnier sun protective lip care works really well. ok it's got SPF 20 in it but it's also got 60% moisturisers and vitamin E. It works a treat and is good for when you go on holiday so that the sun doesn't dry out your lips like mine do.

the two/or. Petroleum jelly is extra low priced yet messier. I additionally think of it relies upon on what motives the dry/chapped lips...yet whilst it particularly is not something particular and in basic terms dry lips, i could extremely propose ROSEBUD, that's a combination of the two. not, besides the undeniable fact that, the Smiths Strawberry however the classic Rosebud or besides the undeniable fact that Sephora's Mint version in case you like. I additionally like Kiehl's lip balm, that's particularly very very such as petroleum jelly, as is Rosebud yet someway Rosebud has continually been extra useful for me.
