You typically find out you are pregnant two weeks after conception takes place, which is considered week 4 of pregnancy. This is how it will be throughout your entire 40 weeks of pregnancy - day 1 meaning the first day of your last period. So, I am not sure how many weeks pregnant you really are. But, yes, some signs of pregnancy can showup very early - all different for everyone. There is a certain standard that you can go by to see what should and might be happening at different stages. Any concerns, you should always contact your doctor, or nurse practicioners as well at your office, and they are usually glad to answers worrisome questions as this one. I like this website: www.americanpregnancy.org
You can contact them as well if you have any questions or need a better referral. Hope this helps.

You should be worried. Not sure how you know you're having a girl at only 3 weeks pregnant, there isn't even a heartbeat yet. You need to make an appointment with your doctor. There could be oversized milk glands, or other serious conditions. Good luck.

Was 3 weeks a typo? Thats pretty early in the pregnancy to know the sex of your baby. IF you meant 30, then yes, its fine.

Yes that is possible, and if I were you I would stop calling the baby a girl, because it might just happen to turn out a boy!

I didn't know you could find out the sex of the baby that soon, oh wait you can't. And I have never heard of the breast leaking that soon, but it might be possible. Ask your Dr.
