My younger brother's girl friend Anna has come up with an unusual proposal. Anna's sister got ditched by her boy friend and she is depressed. Anna wants my brother to marry her sister. She says in that way my brother could be married also and at the same time Anna herself would also be his girl friend. She must be out of her senses.

She needs to seek some professional help first. You friend seem to be very confused and depressed. Before rushing into anything, she needs to take some time to herself and do some sole searching. She needs to know what she is doing because she does not seem like she knows what she is doing. Why don't you try to open her up by spending more time with her, take her out to clear her mind a little.
