The question should be "can you say it?" or "should you be saying it?"
I find that in a marriage - it is really hard. To keep things perfect every day. even if you do not feel like "love" when things suck - you do need to repeat those words to yourself to determine of the relationship is worth everything you have in it.

Yes l can and l have for the past 7+ years.. We are currently separated and have had some hard times in the past but she is the only woman that ever understood me and stood by me whether l was right or wrong.. I'm afraid l will love her for the rest of my life and she won't be here beside me to grow old with..I love my wife...
