Yes you can. Blood on the jeans happens to most women at least once in our lives.

Presoak in cold water to loosen the stain. Then wash in cold water with detergent like normal.

Try cold water first. Then get oxiclean spray or make a paste out of oxiclean leave on for 1/2 hr then put the jeans in the washer with a good detergent on cold water with the oxiclean still on the jeans. Let it go through the wash cycle and the blood should be out of your jeans! If by chance that the blood is not out completely do not put the jeans in the dryer. Try then Vinegar on the blood and maybe a little salt and scrub the jeans. Either way the jeans will come clean.

Soak them straight away in a solution of cold water and salt, then pour more salt on the stain. Leave for about 30 mins, then wash as usual

Yes you can. Rinse out as much as you can with cold water, then soak the area with peroxide.

I did that to get blood out of a few white pieces of clothing, and you can't tell the blood was there now.

Something cheaper than Oxiclean is Boraxo. Its in the laundry section if a store near you carries it. It has a mule team and wagons on the package.

Always soak blood stains in cold and rub it through with your hands as soon as possible. Hot water always"sets" stains, just like it does when you dye any material.
