I get demoralised by passive agressive behaviours very easily.
Such as, people not talking to me, or playing mind games with me. How can I defend against these things getting to me?

Return with aggressive-aggressive behavior. It will scare the heck out of the passive-aggressive person and teach them not to play head games with you anymore.

Avoid those people, if you can. If someone ignores me, why should I waste my time and energy trying to talk to them? If they are playing mind games with you, refuse to play along. Or you could pretend to play along but then just stop and leave the passive aggressive people hanging.

Try dealing with a mate that is passive-aggressive ! Wow, VERY frustrating at times. I just ignore him.

the people who do this tend to be girls. boys have a more direct approach to dealing with people. if you don't let it bother oyuso much, people will probably stop doing it- they only do what works after all!
