All the best to you and your family.

U r rights as a father don't cease just because u r incarcerated. U have as many rights as anyone else except for that fact. Unless parental rights r petitioned to be terminated u r fine. Now what is ur real question? Me smells u have something brewing? Like demanding that ur child be brought to see u while u r incarcerated. Judicial rights fall into play with such a request and have to go through proper channels, just in case talk to ur counsellor many factors come into play with a request for parental visitation in a county, state or federal facility. Many factors r taken into account such as ur present and past charges, ur behaviour while incarcerated, whether it would be detrimental to the child, and so on.
