My wife is a lot older than me - and before we got married we talked about our unique situation because of the age difference. What matters most is how you two treat each other. Also - be sure that you have things that you both enjoy doing that you can continue to take part in as the years go by. Love, respect, and appreciate.

I have never been married, but have dated older women. I thought of it this way; if it is okay for an older man to date a much younger woman, why should it be different in reverse. Sometimes a man will mature as fast or even faster than a woman does. How many times has the female population matured before the male? Love is what matters! Ag is only a number. If the two of you are happy and pleasing each other expand the horizon and get together. Health issues that you bring out in your question will happen to all of us. Sometimes it happens early in life and other times it happens late. Don't pre-cruse the benefit of your health by worrying about it now, as long as you are happy. Best wishes and good luck!!

My man is younger than me too and goes through age related issues with me cuz he loves and cares for me. I get worried too and he tells me that he will always be there for me. Yet I feel like I have to ask him once in awhile if he will be. Don't worry!

You are worrying about something for which there is no answer. No one knows how long they'll have with their loved-one(s), whether in good health or not. If you want him to feel more comfortable about it, let him know what might be in store as the years pass. Most of all, tell him of your concern for him, regarding the issue...you might be surprised of his response.

Great for You!!! You didn't rob the cradled though, right? (smile) Anyway, being in your age group, it would be great to have someone in his age group. Where did you two meet?
