Stop thinking of it in terms of gay and strait. As a matter of fact forget the two terms exist at all. Then just pay attention to your emotions toward everyone around you and the answer will just kind of come to you. Thats how it was for me.

Introspection. Be open to the question, and honestly assertain the answer.
Odds are, if you're asking, you're either gay or Bi. If you were straight, then the societal norms would have pushed you along the path with no reason to stray.
Just what I think is most likely, not nessicarily concrete.
