Like which profile is looking at yours and such?

There isn't one that doesn't break myspace rules.
Now and again a program will surface that allows you to track who looks at your profile, however when they are discovered, the users who have them are deleted and banned from myspace. Even if you find one, I would avoid using it.

sorry, nope. Myspace has too many technical issues....its pretty dumb such a popular site has so many issues.

no but you can set your profile to private so that only your friends can see you
