Can you believe that Melinda Duckett's family is suing the show & Nancy? Check out the link below and tell me what you think.
Yes, I agree that she can be a little harsh at times, but for this family to insinuate that she had something to do with this girl committing sucide is WAY over the top. If she didn't want the father to have Trenton, then I would agree with the authorities that she concocted this whole plan and after appearing on the show she figured the only way out of this was to kill herself, that way the boy would never be found and she wouldn't have to deal with it anymore.
I saw the show that she was on and even though it was harsh at times, that is how Nancy Grace is. She is an in your face person who isn't afraid to push the issue.
I guess this whole thing is just a way for the family to place blame on someone for the selfish actions of Melinda and benefit from an extremely horrible ordeal. I can only hope that this little boy is alive and found soon.

Wouldn't the money that is being spent on suing the show be better spent in helping to find the child??

I definitely believe that the money would be better spent on finding this child rather than trying to make an example out of Nancy Grace. Because Ms. Grace is known for being blunt and Ms. Duckett should have realized that she would ask hard questions of her. And if she was delicate then why weren't the questions asked before she went on the air. I know with the media they sometimes do this for people that are emotionally distraught.

But now the child should be the focus, not who is to blame. Because considering the mother and her state of mind, who knows who she has entrusted the child to. That should be everyones concern now.

Trenton looks adorable and he has had enough bad stuff happen to him. Now it is time to put some happiness there before anything else happens. I hope someone will help to find this little boy. He needs his family that loves him.

And yes, the family needs to be checked out, so to lay aside any concerns that there may be about any abuse that may have or could happen.

the lady had psychological situation's ok! yet that doesn't make it ok for each person to accuse her of killing her son if there is not any information to help it. Nancy did drill that female I watched it and that i presumed Nancy became way out of line she became surely yelling at her at one element. no human being will ever comprehend what got here about to that boy, because the single human being that knew is useless and that i believe that Nancy is responsible, this isn't the first time Nancy has blatently accused her visitors of something that became later shown now to not were them....yet that interview with melinda became surely uncalled for, i have not watched Nancy in view that that interview because she immediately feels that the guy she is interviewing is responsible. besides they by no ability got here upon any information that boy is useless...he will be in her abode usa residing chuffed.

That woman had it coming. I have heard that, that was not the only situation that has happened with her. She is way too damn harsh and she doesn't even let people finish what they have to say when talking to her. Whats the whole point of having people on your show that you won't even let talk end explain things. She's a mean woman had has what's coming to her

Nancy Grace is one of the most horrible news people out there.

Pure evil, mean spirited.

I think its great they are suing her. She is a b'tch and oversteps the line on far too many occasions. Maybe now she will calm the hell down. I also hate the way she acts so concerned with the victims, she is all about her own success and good ratings.
