Ans : B.resistance vessels

Resistance vessels: (small arteries and arterioles) blood flow control and pre-capillary resistance

Capacitance vessels: (Venules and veins) provide post-capillary resistance, capacitance and the collection of blood for return to the heart.

The other two distribution vessels and exchange vessels do not control blood flow but help in transport and exchange of blood.

Have a nice day.
