Yes I'm sure you can. I think it is great that someone aged 14 is interested in business and interested in making a living and creating products and services for others.

As others have said, you will have to get an adult to sponsor you, such as your parents or a teacher or a club at school.
I would start off small. You are bound to make some mistakes, so try to make these with small amounts of money so you don't lose too much.
But you must still get a good education, because you need other options in case your businesses are not successful in the future.

Good luck!

As to what to sell...If you can paint or draw.Sketches............Umm otherwise old things ect you no longer find yourself using

Not for any profit, sorry. You're not considered old enough to earn anything yet. You'll probably have to wait until you're of legal age because you will need contracts and lawyers and all that.

This would be illegal and a lot of ill-effects may arise from this. not only do you lack the Qualifications and experience but also you are under age. How do you plan on handling the Legal and financial aspects of such a business. NO! NO! NO!

You can, however if people konw how old you are they probably won't want to deal with you since you are not old enough to enter into legally binding contracts.
