Every time I see a premium phone line ad on tv, it always says 'ask Bill Payer' for permission. Who is this guy? He must get a lot of calls...

Apparaently William Payer (Bill) plays lead guitar in the band Villa D'Leste.
His brother Fernando Player plays rhythm guitar.
So why we have to ask him before we call a premium phoen line i do not know. I would have thought he was to busy composing to be answering the phone all day.

I think he is a distant relative of Bill Stickers, who seems to be threatened with prosecution in almost every town and city in the UK.
