Schools are a reflection of society. What exists in society will exist in schools. In today's world violence has become part of life, so it is to be expected that violence will exist in schools. The difficulty is determining the most effective way of addressing it in an environment such as a school.

You need to start it out like school violence has led a lot of effect on you get the point just start with school violence

Start with a sentence that will grab the reader's attention. Something like a gruesome story and how it may have destroyed a family or something like that. After that, paraphrase a list of what you are going to talk about and the last sentence should lead into the first paragraph.
