Probably a "spoof" address, it does not resolve. there is no such host, nor user name. I think whoever sent this is trying to portray themselves as a domain admin though, as the "master account on a unix system is referred to as "root" and it looks like they want you to think its the uk, but the domain is not properly formatted for that.. the proper way would be "user@domain.co.uk" if it were from the brits!

whats going on? Need some help?

If you can post the whole header of the email I can track it from that.

I don't know what it is but as you have a yahoo account why don't you ask yahoo what it means,I will tell you how to ask them,in your account there should be a HELP button in the top right hand corner of the screen, click on it and you can ask the yahoo team directly what it means, let me know how you get on ,and good luck

As a commonplace rule of thumb, any e mail that informs you you have won something you haven't any longer entered is a scam. in case you tried to declare it, faster or later the scammers could choose for some form of non-public information or you may ought to pay to receive your prize. it extremely is not suitable how real looking it seems, they're going to needless to say attempt to sucker you in by utilising in spite of skill achieveable. only delete it.

Cant tell you what it is, but can tell you how to stop it.
Block the email address. Do a virus check to ensure that this is not a virus.

Never open any files that you dont know who they are from.

Good luck
