Judges don't like this question, and most (if not all) judges will keep the baby with its mother (you). However if you want to visit and you have your boyfriends consent then go out and visit him, make sure you have your parents consent as well. You can't be called a run- away if you have permission from your parents to go see your baby.

as 17 years old you should have custody over the baby unless you gave up the right or you were allowed to marry him but you need parent's ok. if he wont let you see the baby you can fight for the baby in court i think thats illegal
