No, you have to have the software installed on each computer and you have to have a license to use the software on each computer. You can't buy one and then install it on both computers. Even if they are routed together, you need separate antivirus, anti-spyware, etc. on each unit, although you might be OK with just one firewall on the computer that the other is routed through.
