I am always thankful to be alive and for my family. Our needs are met and we are blessed with a few extras in life, as well. I am thankful to have my two younger children still at home and thankful that my older daughter finally seems to have found her niche in the world.
Also, she and her husband are expecting a baby (after nearly seven years of marriage and two miscarriages), everything seems to be going well. (I was so concerned for their well-being, that it took me a bit to realize that we're going to be grandparents...I'm going to be a grandmother...!!! LOL)
Thanks for reminding us to slow down and think about what this holiday means. ; )

I am thankful for my beautiful children and for the one on the way. For a supportive family that has been by my side through my medical issues. For the doctors that helped heal me. I am thankful for the roof over my head and for every time I am able to make rent. I am thankful for the ability to speak freely, wear what I want, and go where I want.I am thankful I a was raised to be a free thinker. I am thank ful for all the hugs and kisses I get from friends, family and loved ones. I am thankful for the small things, the flowers, the tress, the animals, children's smiles and so much more. I am thankful for life.

I am thankful for my wonderful wife of thirty four years. I had surgery and I not able to ger around very well and she is taking care of me. She is my angel.
