I think it was all a psychological experiment - one of the problems with testing a theory in psychology is that it is not always possible to isolate just one variable. By having children born on an island with no other experiences, maybe they are able to pinpoint more accurately what behaviour is innate and what is learned..
All completely unethical (like Arthur and the rabbit) which is why is so creepy/nightmarish..
Hmm, just realising as write this that this may be way off.. that does not explain the relevance of the numbers or the 2 planes crashing, all the dead people that are seen, the polar bears etc
So folks - what do you think is really going on?

I don't know...but I do know that Sawyer is looking damn fine :) lol
I think it has something to do with Walt. Maybe all in his imagination or he is having a dream and it will end with him waking up on the flight. Remember he was reading the comic book and it had polar bears in it? And there was a few other things too but can't remember off the top of my head! But he escaped with Micheal didn't he? So I end up where I started, no I have no idea what is going on...

I think its all a science expirement that went wrong...and some ppl may have tried to flee while others stayed..... imagine if its all a dream in the end??!?!!? wowowo maybe eeven its happening while hes crashing like you know how sometimes ppl who had a near death expierence say there life flashed through there eyes? maybe as they were crashing some1 was seeing all that..tthen it all happend....kinda of like final destination!

I enjoy it better not knowing, sometimes it's a bit slow paced (not more flashbacks... please!) but if I thought I'd figured it out, I would stop watching it, so no spoilers please.
