I have entered at least 1000 comps this year and have won 0,
What am I doing wrong? HELP.

I dont do competitions, but I have heard from a colleague who is a pro, that you do have to make your post cards or Envelopes stand out, So instead of a standard post card, Cut your own out so they are bigger than the others, but also some of these comps are just so companies can get your name and address and tel number to sell as part of mailing lists to other companies.........
Any way rahter that waste your time entering comps, why not write to companies and complain about their products or services, generally, they will send you something to appease your disatisfaction... A winner every time!!!!!!

Well, no, I don't think you are "born unlucky," in that sense. Certainly someone with a birth defect, or who is born into a dysfunctional family, or a terribly poor one, could be said to be "born unlucky," but that's not what you are talking about.
What are "comps?" Competitions? How many of them were legitimate? Over a thousand means you have done several a day, every day. That indicates you are talking about something on the Internet. Sadly, I doubt if very many of them were at all legitimate.

No thats just superstition. U probably got some answers wrong and think how many other people entered them as well. U should try n make ur answers stand out like if it's a post competition make the envelope more noticable like bright pink or something. U can't win them all.

no, i just think that you are possibly on an unlucky streak.
but if you tihnk about it, only 1 (or possibly a couple) of people are ever going to win competitions, a great deal more have to lose.
good luck in any other competitions that you enter.

I don't think your doing anything wrong,I have also entered lots of competitions and never won.I think it's just in the luck of the draw. I think you should just keep trying and one day you will win.I myself keep trying with that thought in mind.Good luck.
